lilac lemonade

lightly sweet, tangy, and clearly floral, lemonade is a delightful use for lilac blooms when you have them.

pair it with a dropper of lilac essence for a well rounded, whole plant experience.

1/3 c meyer lemon juice (about three lemons)

4 c lilac tea (from syrup recipe)

pinch of salt


  1. combine all ingredients in a big jar + stir well.

*for a smidge of sweetness + a fun color boost, add a handful of frozen blueberries. they impart a bit of purple without covering up much of the lilac flavor.
